What You’ll Do Here:

The Content Delivery Team Assistant provides direct, day-to-day administrative and content management support to the Director, Content Delivery. This position is based in San Francisco.

  • Manage administration processes within the Content Delivery team to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist Director and select Global Production managers in San Francisco with scheduling of appointments, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with Content Delivery team for timely completion of schedules, budgets, presentations, and other tasks as needed.
  • Work with team to coordinate work requirements for deadlines, avoid duplication of effort, and maintain open communication.
  • Analyze and prepare content delivery team data in a timely manner as needed, e.g., reports (formatting and distribution), presentations, and worksheets to provide information in a logical manner.
  • Lend support, including systems training, to personnel to help resolve any problems they may encounter that prevents them from providing needed information, e.g., Catalyst, DataWarehouse, JIRA, and Concur.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned or as judgment or necessity dictates.

Skills You Will Need Here:


  • 1 + years administrative experience
  • Experience/interest in content creation, delivery, and methodologies
  • Business degree


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Strong orientation to detailed work and follow-through.
  • Must be able to work flexibly, effectively, efficiently, and using good people/communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment and be able to demonstrate excellent time management and organization skills.
