The Graphic Designer will plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communications problems. Collaborate and consult with the marketing team on specific project strategy to find the most effective way to get messages across in print, digital, and video. This position is accountable for product-specific visuals and tasks as assigned. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will participate in and contribute to cross-departmental councils on company design practices, user experience optimization and best solutions. Review proofs for errors and assigned to high visibility, critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create digital and print communications from concept to final deployment.
  • Ensure that all work meets brand guidelines and confirm with senior-level team members.
  • Remain current on leading trends, new techniques, resources, and graphic design software.
  • Gather relevant information by meeting with clients, managers, and by performing research.
  • Ability to communicate work effectively and accept constructive feedback.
  • Manage a large number of projects simultaneously, manage own workload, calendar, and deliver work on time.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Creative Services Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field or Associate’s degree with a portfolio demonstrating creative potential.
  • 2-5 years of design and production in print and digital with a required portfolio demonstrating creative & strategic ability.
  • Adobe CC Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat PDF), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest and aptitude in video (PremierePro)
