What You’ll Do Here:

The Manager, Content Delivery leads and manages a team responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality content by authors, vendors, and subject matter experts for use in print and digital products; having content finished, which includes accuracy checking and copyediting; delivering final content to digital production; and creating print-ready files for the printer. Manages a team that works collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure content for assigned projects meets requirements and is delivered on schedule and within budget.

Staff Management/Talent Development:

Recruits, selects, and manages a Content Delivery team. Assigns projects and conducts performance appraisals. Provides coaching, mentoring, and feedback, and supports continuous learning and staff development that enhances individual performance and team capabilities. Creates and manages remediation plans as needed to ensure excellent service to stakeholders and continuous improvement by staff.

Relationship Management:

Builds and cultivates relationships with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Learning Designers, Internal SMEs, Digital Delivery, Permissions, Manufacturing, Creative Studio, and other stakeholders critical to the success of this team. Partners with these stakeholders to ensure content meets requirements and is delivered on schedule and within budget.

Operations, Process Improvement, and Performance Analytics:

Manages team to ensure high quality, cost effective output that effectively delivers business value. Key operational responsibilities include providing leadership and oversight of:

  • Analysis, design, development, and implementation of documentation and processes for efficient content delivery
  • Contributions to the continuous improvement of resources and processes
  • Measurement and evaluation of staff leading to continuous performance improvement

Skills You Will Need Here:

  • BA/BS
  • 2-4 years of successful experience working with content creation, delivery, or production
  • Proven people leadership
  • Familiarity with content creation, delivery, and production methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and across functional teams

Preferred Skills You Will Need Here:

  • Knowledge of discipline content: Psychology & Sociology
