Our work is generally project-based and is a mix of collaborative and independent assignments. Great Minds seeks a Project Manager to work closely with colleagues across multiple internal teams to plan, schedule, and support ongoing projects for Eureka Math’s curriculum and implementation success teams.



  • Creates and maintains detailed workflow and project plans in Smartsheet.
  • Establishes and documents project timelines, tasks, resource needs, and communication plans.
  • Collaborates with the project team to creatively manage and negotiate frequent schedule adjustments to achieve project goals.
  • Proactively communicates about the project to invest and inform staff about decisions and deadlines.
  • Analyzes resource allocations to ensure effective and balanced workloads as needed.
  • Plans for and reports project metrics to document and evaluate the success of assigned projects and summarize status for the Eureka Math’s leadership staff.
  • Schedules and conducts project-related meetings with stakeholders and grade level teams as appropriate.
  • Actively uses SharePoint and Smartsheet platforms to build centralized knowledge management for the team.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested.



  • Bachelor’s degree in related major, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience coordinating cross-departmental projects and/or managing complex schedules.
  • Experience with project management principles and, ideally, Smartsheet or similar project management software.
  • Experience working with curriculum content or educational publishing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytic and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT), Microsoft SharePoint, or other similar distributed storage and collaboration systems.
  • Demonstrates personal accountability, urgency, and persistence in completing high-quality work products.
  • Promotes a supportive and collaborative environment across departments when working together on a project.
  • Remains flexible during periods of rapid change.
  • Manages activities for multiple projects simultaneously without missing critical deadlines.
  • Ability to anticipate project roadblocks and develop creative solutions both within and across projects to meet goals.
  • Maintains a positive, professional attitude under tight timelines and with multiple competing priorities.
