Publications Project Manager

The American Academy of Ophthalmology is looking for a Publications Project Manager will be responsible for cradle-to-grave development of web-based applications and publications, in both a project management and content-management capacity. This position will act as project manager and IT product owner of web-based online applications and publications including Focal Points (monthly subscription) and other CME-bearing activities, and publications and web-based products aimed at allied health, ophthalmologists-in-training, and non-ophthalmologist physicians. This position will also work directly with physician volunteers during their development of manuscripts for parts of Academy publications. To facilitate this work, this position will also support and guide the volunteer subject-matter experts on the Ophthalmic Liaisons Committee, Committee on Aging, and Focal Points Editorial Board.
